Brandon McDearis is the owner and executive chef of Your Way Cuisine.  Brandon began his career in the foodservice industry, while he was still attending college. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Foods and Nutrition, with a concentration in Dietetics from Radford University, and he earned a second degree in Culinary Arts at Johnson and Wales University in Charlotte, NC.  Prior to the founding of his company in 2007, Brandon worked in many kitchens throughout the Southeastern United States. His work experience includes some notable spots, such as Chateau Morrisette Winery and Restaurant in Virginia, The Breakers Resort in Palm Beach, FL and Chef Charles Catering in Charlotte.   Today, having found his niche in the culinary world, Brandon's expertise is being recognized throughout the Queen City.  His unique blend of high-end cooking experience, combined with a thorough knowledge of human nutrition, truly sets him apart from other personal chefs within the region.
